We canceled our order because the item they said they could get, they they came back and said they don't have any idea when they will get it in.So we canceled our entire order.

We asked the rep on the phone to make sure he could send us a conformation email with a number to reference. He said he didn't know if he could do that but he could send a selfy of him canceling the order. Very unprofessional. We did receive an email with a cancellation of our order the next day.

4 days later we received an email of the order shipped. Trying to get them to realize the entire order was supposed to be canceled has been impossible.

They are too *** to understand their own emails to us.
